Hal Elrod, in his book The Miracle Morning, first used the phrase "level ten life".

I think it’s safe to say that if we’re measuring success on a scale of 1-10, we all want “Level 10” success, right? This is truly for every area of our life—health, finances, relationships, happiness, career, etc. What most people don’t realize though, is that in order to achieve Level 10 success in our lives, we must first develop ourselves to be a Level 10 person who is capable of attracting, creating, and sustaining the levels of success that we want, in every area of our life.

“Your level of success will seldom exceed your level of personal development.”

I've picked out four key areas that you should measure :

  • Refresh - looking at both your Physical and Mental Health & Fitness (2)
  • Record - your job, or your studies, and the financial situation that occurs (2)
  • Repair - your Personal Development, and what you give back to your community (2)

The most important is your relationships

  • Relationships - with your partner, friends, family, Work Colleagues (4)
